Submission Wizard is the webmasters submission tool. They have been around since 1995 and set the standard in multi submission software. Their program is very easy to follow. An example of what the program looks like can be found here.
Ok i know I'm not going to convince you how easy this program is by showing you just a picture. click here to see what you can get with this service. You can submit for free to 10 search engines or to over a thousand for $12! I have tried the free submit and know it works. As soon as can send them 12 I plan to try that program. There is a list there of all the search engines your site will be submitted to. They consist of engines from all over the globe. Lots of European and Australian Engines like Aladin(German),Mirago (United Kingdom), Web Wombat (Australia),ANANZI (South Africa) and Atarim from Israel. Just in that short list there are 5 sections of the world listed. the pacific Islands,Africa,middle east and europe...the 5th and largest group is the US engines. This list is updated quite often. So if you go with 12 the list your on is the most up to date which means weather your site is a growing business or weather your a skinz site looking to make it in the top 10; this will give you a good boost.
Well now that I've got your attention with how cheap this program is let me go a step further. If you are interested in trying the software of this service at home I will tell you how. Now while your getting that let me explain the benefits of this program.
You saw how well the free submit worked. Well this is a lot better. even if you tried the $12 one, this is a more specific service. This software lets you submit any site you own to any server, where as the free was only 10 and the $12 was over 1000. What's the advantage? well look at it this way. on the thousand plus you also are submitting to adult link sites. Now if your submitting a site about censorship this probably isn't going to do you much good except fill your email with lots of hate mail. So with this you can select who you submit to. If you only want to submit to a certain geography or if you know of some search engines but don't have the time to visit them all; odds are they will be listed here. and the list can be updated. So you never are out of touch with what engines are available. Now granted there are some that wont ever be covered like yahoo. If you've ever tried to submit a site there you know the problem. for those that don't Yahoo has a very hands on submission process. it is good. you have to browse their links and when you find a category you like thats what you ask your url be added to. Saves a lot of time.
Well now I'm assuming your still down loading unless you have a cable or dsl in which case all I want to know is how you can afford it ;). for the rest of us tortured with slow connections let me say this is good for the modem users. think about it, instead of surfing countless hours and building up a 10-12 Meg cache all you do is enter your site info and click a button. This is perfect for small processor computers who cant handle a lot of surfing.
Ok lets say you like everything and want to use it a while. You can purchase a "key" specific for how long you want it. And the good thing is say you just want to test it, buy a 1 month key and work with it. its $30 for one month; but that opens everything. So if your A kid wanting to promote something or someone who sells stuff from your own web site (candles, napkins, books) you can benefit from trying it for a month. even "businesses" can utilize the good from a key allowing them to pick their search targets. If you like it and want to keep getting a key there are several ways to do this. Before i go further this isn't just a us product. you can pay in Euro's or British Sterling. Now then the price for one month key is as follows US-$30,UK-$20 pounds,Euro-35.
for a $5 discount you can get a 3-month key for US-$55,UK-35 pounds,Euro-60 (10 off).The three is good for people who either liked it on the 1 month but aren't to sure yet or want to try it but for longer than a month. now there are 2 other keys. The first is a 6 month key. I would recommend you get one of the first to before trying this to make sure your comfortable with it. the price on the 6-month key is US-$85 ($95 off), UK-85 pounds (65 off) and Euro-90 (120 off!). Now when i say off I'm comparing the price of the key as opposed to buying that many 1 month keys. Example would be how much it costs for a 6 month key as opposed to buying 6 one month keys. now the last one is a key for a full year. The price there is US-$135(225 off!), UK-90 pounds (90 off!) or Euro-150 (270 off!).
Now fair warning the version you have down loaded is a unregistered version. It will give you access to 20 engines (more than the free submit) which is a benefit in itself.

Ok a note on the servers. The best choice is secure since it does a pretty good job of keeping whatever information you send through it safe. The standard one is good for older browsers/OS's (like win.3.11).
Acceptable means of payment are; Visa,Master card,American Express,Delta,JCB,Solo,Switch,EuroCard. I know these are all "credit cards" but lately a lot of banks will issue you what is called a debit card to work with your checking account. These can be used just like a VISA/Master card.
